In order to manage your bookmarks with Advanced URL Catalog software you need to create a database which will contains all info about URLs. If no database is created or opened the buttons from the ribbon bar and menus are disabled and you can’t use them.
To create a new database is very simple. You can press CTRL+N from your keyboard or you can click the “New” button from the ribbon bar as in the image bellow.
After creating a new database file, the buttons and all menus are now enabled and you can start adding or importing bookmarks from your browser.
